What color are your crocs, Sullivan?
Caro-ina b-ue!
On the farm, waiting for the rain. (Rain that caused Avery and Edwin’s wedding to be indoors!)
Somewhere in Maine a father’s day was celebrated. It was twice as special this year…
Looks like a handful, doesn’t it?
A babe in the arms of a proud grandmother.
Calliope was born four weeks ago yesterday. She already seems so much bigger. She can lift her head surprisingly well, and she opens her eyes much more. She is also very good at spitting up–the nurse dubbed her a “happy spitter”–so we’re doing a fair bit of laundry!!!
Kerry and Caitlin are visiting us, so it is a full house! The goal for the week is to publish a post every day, so keep checking in…

Settling into their new roles as brother and sister. Happy Father’s day to everyone!
Finally had a chance to get through some recent photo processing. Keep checking in through this week as there will be at least a few more updates!
Just before her wedding, Auntie Avery dropped in to meet her new niece. Then at three weeks of age, Calliope dressed to her tiny nines and celebrated the wedding of Avery and new Uncle Edwin. Sullivan, in seersucker, melted some hearts as he scattered rose petals while descending the bridal staircase.
Nana came to visit for the birth of Calliope–and almost missed her (required a changed ticket). Here she is with Sullivan in the hammock. I’m not sure who was having more fun… We miss you!
